This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Beaumont (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2024 AV System Renewal Project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The City of Beaumont is a vibrant, youthful, family-focused community with a unique bilingual identity and a mission to redefine what a city can be. With a population of nearly 21,000 people in 2021, Beaumont was the fastest growing municipality in the Edmonton Metropolitan Region and the 3rd fastest in Alberta between 2016 and 2021. Beaumont is located directly south of Edmonton’s city limits and just minutes from the Edmonton International Airport.

The City of Beaumont invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the provision of state-of-the-art audiovisual (AV) equipment, complete with installation services, at various municipal facilities. Our goal is to enhance our technological capabilities while maintaining our commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and value.

This RFP encompasses the supply and installation of new AV equipment across multiple municipal locations, the relocation of existing AV systems, and the provision of all necessary power and data infrastructure to support the new and relocated equipment.
