Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Office of the Representative for Children and Youth (RCY) is contemplating the direct award of a contract expansion to Adele Lambert (the “Supplier”). The contract expansion is for the purpose of reviewing, analyzing, and providing advice on findings, conclusions and recommendations from Coroner’s Inquests and Death Review Panels, and specifically analysis of trends in Coroner’s Inquests and Death Review Panels findings and recommendations in relation to a large-scale Systemic Review. This work involves harvesting and summarizing the themes and issues arising; and providing advice on systems change related to this review and analysis.
