Description

This project is located in the Kiska-Willson Public Land Use Zone (PLUZ), at a
site to be developed across Highway 11 from Thompson Creek Provincial
Recreation Area (ThompsonCPRA), 83km southwest of the town of Nordegg,
Alberta.

This site is adjacent to the existing Thompson Creek Falls hiking trail which is
nested in the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, in west-central
Alberta, as part of the David Thompson Country (DTC).

The work to be accomplished under this project is to develop a staging area
off of Highway 11 to provide safe access to the Thompson Creek Falls hiking
trail.
