Description

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking information and details from organizations on solutions (products or services) that can provide the ability to recover internal costs for IT services. The City is interested in the solution’s capability in providing more transparency to the internal IT chargebacks and show-backs.
The City’s objective is to have an application that would be able to calculate, validate, recover and report rate based charges from various Business Units in addition to some showback information. The application should be able to receive data from various sources (systems), generate the transactions and send the charges to the PeopleSoft Finance module to create inter-company journal entries. The application should also be able to do out-of-the-box and custom reporting
