194665 - RFP 24-027 PM Consulting Services - Infrastructure Upgrades

The project scope includes the full replacement of the campus high voltage, watermain and communications backbone infrastructure. Supplementary scope includes medium voltage electrical room modification, low voltage communication room modifications and mechanical room assembly modifications.
The scope of services required by this RFP includes full Project Management services through all remaining phases of the project (completion of design, tender, construction implementation and handover). Please note that the project design is at approximately 60%.

There will be a Mandatory Site Visit / Project Meeting on: April 22, 2024 @ 10am The meeting point is: The Maple Building at Capilano University, 2055 Purcell Way, North Vancouver. Paid parking in effect.
