Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Mechanical Engineering professional consulting services. The objective of this project is to provide a new High Acuity Unit (HAU) on level 5 of the Diagnostic & Treatment (D&T) building at the Royal Jubilee Hospital (RJH) located at 1952 Bay Street, Victoria, BC. The designated space for the new HAU, located adjacent to the existing Intensive Care Unit (ICU), is currently occupied by Laboratory Medicine (Lab). Included as part of this project is the relocation of the affected Lab functions to vacant space on level 3 of West Block. This RFP is for individual consultant firms; it is not for consultant teams. Island Health will engage each of the consulting disciplines separately.
