Description

Landscaping construction is set to begin in 2024 and conclude in 2026.
Intended term of Contract:
● Anticipated Construction Start Date: July 1st, 2024
● Construction Completion Certificate (CCC):
○ Year 1 - October, 2024
○ Year 2 - October, 2025
○ Year 3 - October, 2026
● Warranty Period: 24 months after issuance of CCC

This Meyokumin Neighbourhood Renewal - Landscaping scope includes, but not
limited to:
● trail & sidewalk construction within park spaces
● sod restoration including boulevard and absorbent landscaping throughout
the neighbourhood,
● tree and shrub planting throughout the neighbourhood, and
● site furniture for seating areas in park spaces
