Description

The University currently has PlasmaPro 100 Estrelas Deep Silicon Etcher from Oxford Instruments America Inc. The original Chiller installed with the Etcher is at the end of life and is not compatible with the latest tool control software. The University will benefit greatly from acquiring SMC HRZ010 Chiller from the same supplier.
