This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by Sturgeon County (the “County”) on behalf of the City of Morinville for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future leasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the County and provide the information requested below. Should any responses be deemed of interest to the City of Morinville respondents may be invited to enter into negotiations and /or contract with the City of Morinville.
The Town of Morinville is looking for qualified and experienced vendor for the operation of a full-service concession space at the Morinville Community Recreation Facility, offering a variety of Take-Out style Food and/or Beverages (non-alcoholic).
