Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

The City of Calgary invites Proposals for the Supply and Delivery of Tire Deflation Devices.

All questions and bid submissions must be submitted via The City of Calgary's online SAP Ariba system. See Bid and vendor information at Calgary.ca

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The City intends to enter into an Agreement for the Deliverables of this Request for Proposal (RFP) for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to renew the agreement for an optional two (2) additional two (2) year terms, for a maximum award not to exceed six (6) total years.
