ADVERTISING SERVICES



The City of Dieppe is seeking proposals for the following: SALE OF ADVERTISING SPACE IN THE CITY'S RECREATIONAL AND SPORTS FACILITIES IN DIEPPE.

Copies of the tender packages may be acquired from the tender notice under (Attachments) on the tender notice advertisement on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network website. It is the tenderer's responsibility to download, print the tender document and tender form, including issued addendum(s) during the tender period.

Proposals must be emailed in PDF format to appeldepropositions@dieppe.ca, with «SALE OF ADVERTISING SPACE IN THE CITY'S RECREATIONAL AND SPORTS FACILITIES» specified in the subject line. All required documentation must be included with the emailed submission. All information submitted will remain confidential.

Any amendments to proposals must be sent before the deadline to: appeldepropositions@dieppe.ca, with «SALE OF ADVERTISING SPACE IN THE CITY'S RECREATIONAL AND SPORTS FACILITIES» specified in the subject line. The successful bidder will need to provide hard copies of the required documentation prior to the contract being awarded.

All questions must be submitted via email and directed to Pauline Cormier, Manager Heritage and Partnership at the City of Dieppe at pauline.cormier@dieppe.ca. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all questions and requests for clarification are received no later than noon, local time, on Wednesday, May 7th, 2024.

The City of Dieppe will assess the proposals received and select an individual or firm among the bidders. However, the City reserves the right to reject all bids, even the one with the highest score, and will not pay any costs associated with the preparation of bids.
