TCFireExtinguishers24 - Fire Extinguisher maintenance and testing

The Tri-County Regional Centre for Education (“TCRCE”) invites bids for the inspection/testing and service of fire extinguishers at various locations. The intent of this Tender is to choose a single service provider for TCRCE to utilize throughout the contract period of 3 years. The list of locations, including a breakdown of units, may be found in Appendix A. However, there may be existing extinguishers missing from the lists. All extinguishers should be inspected and the successful vendor should notify the Procurement Analyst of extinguishers which have been inadvertently omitted from the lists. The ultimate rate paid for each inspection will be based on the actual number of extinguishers in each category. The successful bidder must submit an updated list to the Procurement Analyst after the first full inspection has been completed. Also, a detailed list of locations, within each school, will be provided as a guide to the successful bidder. For most of the school sites, the units were last inspected during the summer of 2019.
