195331 - Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance System Integrator

This BV NRFP is to select a Contractor who will work with BCCNM to implement its new Finance System, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.  These Services include but are not limited to implementing the Finance System with mandatory modules (mentioned below) needed for the efficient functioning of BCCNM’s finance and other departments it provides services to.
a)    support integration with new CRM and payment processing system;
b)    provide data connectors; and
c)    ensure compatibility with existing systems.

The new Finance System will replace the current (soon to be obsolete) system, Dynamics GP, with a modernized solution to meet the evolving needs of the organization. The project's scope encompasses addressing existing pain points and supporting the future transformation of BCCNM.

The Contract term is expected to begin on or before August 30, 2024, and the Finance System’s Sales Module (s described in section 5.1.3.3) must be planned to be fully operational no later than September 1, 2025 (i.e. to correspond with the CRM Solution go-live date). Other modules may go live either before or after this date.

Proponents must be a Microsoft Certified Partner and will retain this status throughout the Contract Term.
