195265 - Request for Proposals - Community Living BC Board Evaluation

The Successful proponent will be expected to do the following:

• Attend planning meetings as scheduled by CLBC with key CLBC staff for purpose of implementing this service (4-8).
• Interview all 11 Board members and CLBC staff in key roles (~7).
• Evaluate Board documents (agendas, minutes, recruitment materials, onboarding materials, Board Governance Manual).
• Propose an evaluation plan including proposed method(s) (i.e. surveys) and obtain final approval on same from key CLBC staff.
• Implement said evaluation plan.
• Provide a report including findings from evaluation plan and recommendations for the Board and management.
• Capture all findings and finalize a report, which will be presented to the Governance and Human Resources Committee on September 12th, 2024.
• Provide a summary of the report and findings via power point presentation to Board of Directors on September 19th, 2024.
• Please note, CLBC executive may ultimately determine that the Successful Proponent will present these findings and prepare the report findings for the November 2024 Board Meetings. CLBC will work with the Successful Proponent to alter these timelines if needed.
