Description

The District of North Vancouver (District) invites detailed Proposals from firms (Proponents) with demonstrated expertise in construction management for the provision of a mechanical system upgrade project at Parkgate Community Centre.

In addition to awarding one (1) successful Proponent to provide Construction Management Services for this Mechanical Upgrade, the District may elect to establish a list of prequalified construction management firms that may be invited to quote on future Construction Management projects for the District on a project-by-project basis for a period of three (3) years.

The Parkgate Community Centre mechanical upgrade project and any future projects of this RFP will be completed under a CCDC 5A contract as amended by the District’s CCDC 5A Supplementals.
