Description

School District 64 is seeking a contractor to complete an HVAC upgrade to Salt Spring Elementary, located at 112 Rainbow Road Salt Spring Island, BC V8K 2K3. This project is planned for summer of 2024.

A site tour is scheduled for prospective bidders for this project. The Non Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for 1 PM on April 26, 2024. Although a site visit is not mandatory it is highly recommended, as claims for additional costs will not be considered with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the existing school.
