195301 - P24-01 Electronic Signboards Supply and Installation

The Village of Anmore is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the supply and installation of three (3) electronic digital signboards for the purposes of communicating information to the public. Generally, the deliverables include:

1. Planning, design, retrofit, supply, installation and delivery of three (3) state of the art turn-key 4’ X 8’ digital signboards with wireless remote access from the Village Hall located at 2697 Sunnyside Road, Anmore, BC or elsewhere;
2. Identification of equipment and services provided by Proponent, including the Ingress Protection (IP) rating of the digital signboards and the producer of the LED bulbs;
3. Provision of specifications for electrical and cabling requirements to support the proposed digital signboard, including power consumption requirements;
4. Requirement to coordinate with Village staff and other contractors of the Village, e.g. electricians, architects, others as required;
5. Provision of software and/or software/hardware solution to support wireless utility of the proposed digital signboards;
6. Submission of proposed digital signboard design options including but not limited to LED Display Specifications (10mm pixel pitch preferred) with variable [dimmable] light output;
7. Description of after installation maintenance requirements;
8. Description of after installation training and service support;
9. Identification of pricing and discretionary alternative options and pricing [optional] and payment terms to deliver the scope of work and deliverables under this RFP; and
10. Identification of full system warranty and Limited Warranties [to be specified by the proponent]

The Village will be contracting for electrical requirements separately from the contract resulting from this RFP, however the successful proponent is expected to work with the electrical contractor in order to allow for efficient and effective installation.
