Description

This Request for Proposal is issued by BC Hydro to obtain Proposals from parties with the ability to provide a Contractor Submittal / Transmittal Correspondence (CoSTCo) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
The selected Proponent will be responsible for provisioning planning, managing, designing, implementing (definition and implementation), configuring the CoSTCo solution to align to BC Hydro’s business objectives and providing on-going maintenance services. To facilitate implementation and sustainment, the preferred solution will be an “out of the box” solution with minimal custom development.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (5) years, which may be extended for up to (10) years through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (15) years.
