Description

The District of Central Saanich is seeking services from a qualified roofing Contractor to provide labour and materials to replace the roofs at the following locations:

 Centennial Park Fieldhouse
 Central Saanich Lions Hall
 Municipal Hall Council Chambers

The work includes, but is not limited to the removal and disposal of existing roofing materials, roof deck repairs, new metal flashing

Those wishing to submit a tender are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to meet District representatives at the Centennial Park Fieldhouse, 1809 Hovey Road, Saanichton, at 10:00 am Victoria Time, on THURSDAY MAY 2, 2024, for the informational site viewing. Upon conclusion the meeting will travel to the Central Saanich Lions Hall and conclude at the Central Saanich Municipal Hall. All tenderers will be responsible for recording their presence at the site viewing by signing an attendance sheet provided by the District’s representative.”
