Description

It is the intention of the City of Lethbridge (the City) to establish a contract with Xentrax from Brampton, ON, CAN for the provision of NICE Update for ESInet Transition.

The period of the contract is expected to be effective until Oct 13th 2026 and have an estimated value of $84,069.15

The City of Lethbridge would like to enter into this contract for the following reasons:

CFTA Article 513(b)(v)

(b) if the goods or services can be supplied only by a particular supplier and no reasonable alternative or substitute goods or services exist for any of the following reasons:

(v) to ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative
