Description:

Sole source is proposed to Raelyn Buksa for Financial and Accounting Consulting Services, for Agriculture Financial Services Corporation.
Purpose of the Service/Goods? Reason for not changing.
The Goods or Services are specific to:
___ Brand specific requirements
___ No substitution basis
___ Based on proprietary licensing terms and conditions
_X__ Technical compatibility/integration with AFSC applications/existing product investment
The Contract will commence June 1, 2024 and shall be reviewed/renewed annually unless terminated earlier. The Service will be used until such time as AFSC’s business needs change.

The annual estimated cost is approximately $20,000 CAD.
During the Contract, AFSC:
a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or
b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and
c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services.

All questions relative to this notice must be directed to the AFSC Buyer, at RFP@afsc.ca.
This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Article 14: Procurement of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA).
