Description

Yellowhead County is inviting experienced proponents to submit proposals for the comprehensive implementation of Laserfiche ECM. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and compliance of our Records and information management practices. It covers the organization of electronic records from HP-Trims, shared network drives, One Drive, Sharepoint, email, and Teams chat. In addition, a user-friendly platform for creating digital forms with automated workflow and the ability to "pull" data from documents when imported/scanned into the repository to auto-populate indexing/metadata values. The successful implementation will align with Laserfiche ECM regulatory frameworks and adhere to the guidelines det by the County's internal Records Management team.
