Description

The Ontario Heritage Trust is engaging a General Contractor (Heritage conservation specialty) to carryout Exterior Restoration and Water Management Upgrades at Barnum House located in Grafton, Ontario (10568 Highway #2, Grafton Ontario, K0K 2E0).
Scope of Work
The scope of the Heritage General Contracting work includes but is not limited to the following:

• Rough Carpentry
• Finish Carpentry and Painting
• Heritage Masonry Repointing
• Fenestrations
• Metal Flashing, Roofing and Watergoods
• Re-grading

Mandatory Meeting:
May 16, 2024 at 11:30am (Toronto time).
Location: 10568 Highway #2, Grafton Ontario, K0K 2E0.
All bidders must sign in before 11:45am that day in order to meet this Mandatory site visit requirement.
All bidders are to send an email to Katherine Slattery prior to May 15, 2024 noon to confirm their attendance of the site meeting.
