Electronic tenders, in PDF format, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consist of the demolition of the existing Bouctouche Fire Hall in its entirety located at 211 Irving Blvd, Bouctouche, NB, and the construction of a new 942 sq. m single story, wood frame, four bay volunteer fire hall for the municipality of Grand-Bouctouche. The new fire hall is located on the same site as the existing fire hall and will consist of 642 sq.m of Truck Bay area as well
as 300 sq.m of Multipurpose, Office, and Administration areas and all related work. Tenders will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 2024 by:

Tender submission method:

A bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to Grand-Bouctouche must accompany each tender.
No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with
the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78).
