Description

The Ministry is planning on replacing the existing fabric roof on the Material Storage Building at the Port Hope Patrol Yard with steel roofing system.

The contract shall include the design and construction of the new steel roofing system on the existing Material Storage Building. The design is to consider the loading of salt and sand as well as snow, wind and other loading requirements as required.

The existing roofing system is to be demolished and properly disposed of as part of this contract. Any material used for this project are to be reviewed and approved by the Ministry prior to use.
Scope of Work
The purpose of this project is to remove the existing fabric roof structure and construct a steel roofing system on the existing material storage building at the Port Hope Patrol Yard
