DTI is in the process of identifying options for the design of an improved dykeland system solution ("The Project") to protect the Chignecto Isthmus. This Request for Proposals is pertaining to the collection of information about existing environmental constraints that are needed to assist with future design work and help with refining the project alignment.

3. All bids must be properly signed by an authorized person.

5. The proponent is solely responsible for ensuring that the bid submission

a. The proponent bears all risk associated with delivering its bid by electronic
