We intend to notify proponents of the Short-list for Interviews by April 14, 2025, and we intend to begin Interviews for the Short-listed Proponents by April 28, 2025.
The Architect Selection date is to be amended to May 26, 2025.
In addendum No. 1 we said "This extension will be the only extension for this RFP. Any future requests for extension will not be considered". Unfortunately, due to an unusually high number of questions, we have decided to extend the timeline again to respond to the questions and give the proponents more time to submit proposals.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
This RFP is issued by Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting on behalf of the Town of Oromocto (the "Town"). The Town is seeking to retain an Architectural Prime Consulting team for the design and construction administration of the new the Oromocto Regional Wellness and Recreation Centre (ORWRC) Project.
