Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (“North Cowichan”) to prospective proponents to lead North Cowichan and the Quw’utsun Nation (Cowichan Tribes, Halalt First Nation, Lyackson First Nation, Penelakut Tribe, and Stz'uminus First Nation) in partnership, through a process to develop a co-management framework and plan for North Cowichan’s Municipal Forest Reserve (MFR).
