TOCH2025-019 - Community Hall Floor Replacement

The project will consist (in summary) of the following items:

1. Install new foundation walls around a portion of the building
2. Install drain tile around entire building
3. Removal of old floor sheathing (by town)
4. Install rock fill in crawl space
5. Replace joists & beams
6. Install vapor barrier
7. Install new flooring & reinstatement

A site visit will be held on March 5th at 10am. Representatives from the Town, as well as Seaside Engineering will be present on site. While the site visit is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that bidders attend in order to fully understand the scope of work. Questions will be noted and answered in an addendum following the meeting. There will not be any plea of ignorance from bidders who have not done due diligence in understanding the full scope of work. It will be the bidder's responsibility to confirm on-site measurements & quantities. Measurements shown on the plans shall be for planning purposes only. The Town or Seaside Engineering is not responsible for any incorrect or omitted measurements/conditions on the bid documents.
