Description

The Corporation of the Village of Cumberland (“The Village”) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, professional consulting firms to enter into a contract for general parks consulting services with a qualified firm for a three (3) year term to supplement in-house capabilities, as well as a for parks and cemetery planning and design services including but not limited to: park management and master planning; neighbourhood and
community park design, development and construction project management; and cemetery design, development and construction project management, including heritage planning
