211065 - Notice of Intent - Furniture for Childcare Facility in Invermere, BC

his is to inform you that The Board of Education of School District No. 6 (Rocky Mountain) intends to enter into a purchasing agreement with Natural Pod to provide furniture for the new childcare facility in Invermere, BC. The School District recently posted a request for proposal (RFP) for a nearly identical building in Kimberley, BC. Natural Pod were selected through that process in July 2024. Based on previous engagements and the results of this recent RFP it is believed that Natural Pod is well suited to replicate the design and products efficiently and effectively for our Invermere location.   

If you believe you can provide equivalent products and services that addresses Rocky Mountain’s overall requirements you may submit a Statement of Capabilities (“Statement”). The Statement must provide sufficient information to clearly demonstrate, or otherwise substantiate, your qualifications. Rocky Mountain School District must be fully satisfied with the results of this Statement. The School District may discontinue consideration of, or eliminate, any Statement that does not pass this requirement. 
The Statement, must be in writing, referencing the Notice of Intent number and title, and be emailed no later than 4:30 PM MST on March 14, 2025 to the attention of the individual below.
