This Request for Proposal presents an opportunity for the successful Proponent(s) to provide Owner Representative Construction Site Supervision (Civil & Buildings) services for BC Ferries’ Fleet Maintenance Unit (FMU) Site Redevelopment Project. Located in Richmond, BC, this large-scale site redevelopment is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in late 2027.
