NOI Title: Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO) Problem List

Notice is hereby given that Interior Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide licensing for Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO) Problem List for the Health Authority term of one (1) year, with four (4) one-year options to extend, for an estimated total value of up to CDN $1,300,000 (excluding taxes).

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for Interior Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:

To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative.
IMO is embedded within the Meditech platform as part of the standard content. Additional IMO licensing is required for Meditech implementations and to operate the Problem List and dictionary, due to their exclusive partnership.
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Karel Sramek, Buyer, by email before 12:00pm Pacific Time, April 6, 2025. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
