Description

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the replacement of the heating system at Barriere Secondary School, for a Stipulated Price Contract.

The work for this project shall include, but not limited to:

• Replacement of the heating system including:
o Replacement of the boiler,
o Replacement of the pumps and piping.
• Bonding – Bonding is required
• Additional Instructions and Items –
▪ The project shall be substantially complete by August 31, 2025. After hours work is permitted if necessary to get the project complete by the required end date

A mandatory site visit for Mechanical Contractors, shall be conducted on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025 @ 10:00 am. Contractors will be limited to 2 staff per company. A sign in sheet will be available until 10:15am PST on the day of the site visit.
