Description

The Municipality of the County of Cumberland is currently accepting “Quotes” from parties interested in: Removal and Replacement of EPDM Roof Membrane.

Scope:
- Remove existing roofing down to concrete decking and dispose at an approved facility.
- Supply and Install V-Force Vapour Barrier, Self Adhered to Concrete Deck.
- Supply and Install 2 Layers of Elevate ISO 2.6” to a total of R-30, Adhered.
- Supply and Install ½” Fibreboard, Adhered.
- Supply and Install 0.60mil EPDM Membrane, Fully Adhered.
- Supply and Install 24g Sheet Metal Flashing.
- Supply and Install 3 Roof Drains.
- Roof dimensions: 16.6m x 14.6m
