Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Remove and dispose of existing vault toilets: - Galatea Creek Parking Area: Remove one (1) existing wood vault toilets, (2 stall). - McLean Creek Pond: Remove two (2) existing wood vault toilets, (4 stall). - Elkwood Amphitheatre Area: Remove one (1) existing wood vault toilets, (4 stall). - Provisional item – Cat Creek Day Use Area: Remove two (2) existing wood vault toilet (2 stall). .2 Supply and construction of one new concrete vault toilets and tanks at the existing toilet locations: - Galatea Creek Parking Area (1) one 4 stall-concrete vault toilet. - McLean Creek Pond (1) one 4 stall-concrete vault toilet. - Elkwood Amphitheatre Area (1) one 4 stall-concrete vault toilet. - Provisional Cat Creek Day Use Area (1) one 4 stallconcrete vault toilet. .2 Location: - Spray Valley Provincial Park, Galatea Creek Parking Area; - McLean Creek Provincial Recreation Area, McLean Creek Pond, within Kananaskis Region, Alberta, Canada - Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, Elkwood Amphitheatre Area; - Cat Creek Provincial Recreation Area, Creek Day Use Area; .3 The work includes: .1 Demolition, removal and disposal of existing vault toilet buildings; .2 Cleaning, removal and disposal of existing buried septic holding tanks; .3 Supply and construction of new pre-cast concrete vault toilet buildings Including the supply and construction of two (2) pre‐fabricated concrete 4‐ stall vault washroom buildings and two (2) pre‐fabricated concrete 2‐ stall vault washroom building complete with: I. Supply, installation and priming of concrete septic tanks; II. Supply and installation of precast concrete toilet building structures; III. Supply and installation of wooden truss and metal clad roofing; IV. Supply and installation of all building accessories identified on the drawings; and V.
