Traffic Management Plans, the set-up of and take down of all required temporary traffic control signs, devices, and accessories appropriate for all aspects of road construction, maintenance, utility work, intersection flagging and special events to ensure the safe movement of both pedestrian and vehicular traffic and emergency calls.
