Description

The Owner invites Bids for construction of the work, which in general terms, will consist of the following: • site survey and construction layout; • materials testing by a qualified geotechnical engineer and laboratory; • site excavation and grading; • supply and installation of topsoil, seed, sod, plant material, etc.; • installation of owner-supplied products such as lighting, furniture; • supply and installation of paved trails, concrete plazas and sidewalks; • electrical works including overhead lighting, bollards and conduit / cables; and • one year of site maintenance to achieve full establishment of trees.
