PURPOSE:
The City of Moncton seeks a qualified Consultant or Consultant Team to develop a design for a highly energy-efficient multiple-unit dwelling. This building design should be readily replicable on typical residential infill lots found within the inner-urban neighbourhoods of Moncton. This area generally comprises the post-World War II neighbourhoods within the Wheeler Boulevard loop.
When completed, the design will be the property of the City of Moncton and will be made available for free to the local building industry to encourage development of this essentially pre-approved design wherever permitted by zoning.
This is a tender notice only. In order to submit a bid, you must obtain official tender documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, another authorized tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
