Sole source is proposed to Waldale Manufacturing Limited located in Amherst, Nova Scotia for the supply of license plates to the Province. Refer to Notice of Proposed Procurement for details. This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement, World Trade Organization’s Agreement on Government Procurement Agreement, and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
