Description

FMRCSSD seeks proposals for the provision and management of multifunction printers (MFPs) and related print services to replace the existing fleet nearing end-of-life and to support instructional and operational needs. The school division is seeking service options which will support the delivery of instruction and operations of the division under two possible business models: a. Continuation of a High-Volume Centralised copy centre including Black & White (B&W) and colour duplicating/printing, binding and finishing services supplemented by a fleet of convenience MFPs at each site; or b. Elimination of the High-Volume Centralised copy centre to be replaced with a fleet of higher volume B&W MFPs at each site. Basic binding, finishing and colour printing to be done by individual staff members at the school with specialty jobs to be outsourced to local businesses.
