Description

The City of Medicine Hat (CMH or City) is seeking to procure a cloud-based Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solution, along with professional services for its deployment. Utility Business Units: The City provides various utility services to the residents of Medicine Hat. These business units require a centralized ITSM solution to support multiple industrial operational technology (OT) environments. Corporate Services IT Department: The Corporate IT Department requires a replacement ITSM solution for the corporate network environment. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions annually for an additional four (4) years.
