AB-2025-03210 - RFQ - Elevation Place Foyer Floor Repairs 2025

Certain high-wear areas of the polished concrete floor at Elevation Place have been eroded by salt and water exposure. The Town requires a contractor to locally square off the affected areas, sawcut and chip the surface and apply a high strength cementitious grout to a depth of roughly ¼ to ½ inch. The floors have radiant in-floor heating, limiting the depth of the repairs. This work will be scheduled to be completed after normal operating hours.
