Description

The BCER is initiating a six-month AI engagement and seeks a leading developer to build and deploy at least one production-ready AI solution (MVP) that drives measurable business value. This engagement will focus on permit automation, streamlining low-risk applications by evaluating application factors to determine their risk profiles, thereby expediting approvals. The engagement will follow an Agile framework, starting with secure data access and ideation, and progressing through development, testing, and deployment. It will also include compliance with privacy regulations, knowledge transfer, and a roadmap for future AI initiatives.
