Provide hourly rates for competent Journeyman and Apprentice carpentry labour and materials for related repairs, maintenance and service such as, though not limited to, hardware repairs, drywall repairs, door adjustment, flooring repairs, site fixture repairs as well as construction of small millwork and specialty items
