Under the Invitation to Tender ("ITT") the City of Vancouver (the "City") us seeking Bids from experienced Mechanical Contractors

An information meeting (the “ Information Meeting”) will be held to enable Contractors to seek clarification with respect to any aspect of the ITT in a group forum. The details are as follows:

Location: 716 Smithe Street - Note please do not enter the building until City representatives arrive, please meet outside of the entrance way door
Interested Parties interested in attending the Information Meeting should pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting their attendees' names, titles and contact information prior to 8:00 AM Thursday May 15, 2025.
