Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with User Testing Technologies Canada for the provision of software & renewal.

Scope of Work: To support our ongoing commitment to evidence-based service design and continuous digital improvement.

Direct Award: One-year renewal of our current user research and testing SaaS platform, UserTesting.com. The tool enables rapid, iterative research cycles—critical to maintaining momentum in agile product development and service delivery. Our team is fully onboarded and proficient with the platform, allowing us to maximize its capabilities without the disruption or ramp-up time associated with a new tool. Additionally, we have active research projects and longitudinal data already housed within the platform, which are integral to our current work and would be costly and time-consuming to replicate elsewhere. A one-year renewal will enable us to maintain continuity of insight generation and support strategic planning around longer-term procurement options, while avoiding duplication of effort and safeguarding the value of ongoing research investments.

Term: 1 Year

Value: The contract is valued at approximately $68,997.50 CAD
