AB-2025-03633 - IT Managed Services Provider for the MD of Opportunity

The Municipal District of Opportunity (MDO) is seeking proposals from qualified IT service providers to deliver reliable, responsive, and cost-effective managed IT services. The successful proponent will support the MDO's existing technology infrastructure and provide guidance to meet evolving organizational needs. Currently, managed IT services are contracted externally, covering all components of IT service delivery. As the existing contract approaches its conclusion, the MDO is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify a capable vendor who can meet the needs of the organization with a combination of on-site and remote services. Proponents are encouraged to present innovative solutions, including flexible service arrangements and corresponding pricing for varying levels of on-site presence. In addition, the MDO is including the Wabasca Desmarais Housing Authority (WDHA) as an optional service extension. Proponents are encouraged to indicate their ability to provide services to both organizations, ideally under separate agreements. This extension is optional and will not impact the evaluation of the core MDO requirements.
