Description

Through this procurement process, CLBC wishes to select a Successful Proponent to collect outstanding debts, where follows, from Individuals, their representatives or CLBC’s contracted service providers:
1.       that is owed as debt payable to CLBC in accordance with the terms of the applicable contract;
2.       have been outstanding beyond 120 days, and
3.       for which, all reasonable collection efforts have been undertaken by CLBC staff.
