Description

The City is seeking to partner with an experienced affordable housing provider to oversee the development and operation of a multi-family rental housing project in accordance with established guidelines. The city owned parcel of land is approx. 0.58 acres in size and is zoned MF3r. This company should be dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity while maintaining transparency, legality, and non-discrimination. The chosen company must have clear and non-discriminatory resident selection policies aligned with CHF program parameters, actively fostering diverse and inclusive housing communities.
